Feeding

Feeding is also called paper feeding, which is mainly to send the corrugated board to the printing system smoothly and accurately. Because the corrugated paper has enough stiffness, the single sheet paper input mode is usually used. After the substrate is physically complete, it is neatly installed in the fixed position of the paper stacking table for manual or automatic paper feeding device to take materials sheet by sheet. The automatic paper feeding device adopts a fully automatic lifting platform, which can automatically adjust the height of the paper stack. The suction mode is adopted for the input, so as to overcome the cardboard jamming and damage caused by uneven cardboard.

Crimping, slotting, corner cutting, slitting

In the printing slotting unit, this part is mainly composed of upper and lower thread rollers, upper and lower slotting cutters, upper and lower corner cutters and slitting cutters. When the paperboard passes through, the upper and lower thread rollers mainly finish the longitudinal pressing line of corrugated paperboard; The upper and lower slotting knives cut into the lower concave knife through the upper convex knife to complete the slitting of corrugated cardboard; The upper and lower corner cutters complete the forming of the joint tongue of the corrugated box through the upper corner cutter blade and the lower knife pad, and the slitting shall be trimmed according to the specified size.

The main function of creasing (marking) is to accurately bend the corrugated board according to the predetermined position to achieve the internal dimension of the carton. It can be divided into longitudinal indentation line (indentation line parallel to the direction of corrugated) and transverse indentation line (indentation line perpendicular to the direction of corrugated). The circular indentation process is adopted on the printing slotting machine. The paired dies rotate in a disc shape. The cardboard can leave an indentation between the paired dies. The depth of the indentation can be changed by adjusting the clearance between the female die and the male die. The indentation should be clear and crack free.
